An M.Sc. is a Master of Science degree - a graduate-level of study that typically requires more rigorous and focused work than an undergraduate degree.  June studied the MSc Integrative psychotherapy four-year programme in DCU, which incorporated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Psychosexual Therapy, Transactional analysis (TA), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Couples Therapy.

This psychotherapy provides counselling and emotional support for adult individuals and couples.  Everybody experiences challenges and difficulties at various times during their lifetime.   Seeking the support of a professional Psychotherapist that provides a non-judgmental and confidential therapeutic space can help during these difficult times.

Any life issue can bring a person to a place of distress for which they may consider the support of a psychotherapist.  Some of the presenting issues might include (but is not limited to) -

Anxiety, Panic attacks, Stress, Low mood, Depression, Bereavement, Relationship problems, friendship problems, communication issues, traumaand Sexual issues.

Lifestyle issues may also be addressed - e.g., nutrition, food, exercise, and incorporated into psychotherapy practice from a Natural Healing perspective (which was obtained from Junes 4-year training in Herbal Medicine).
